Lauren services dancers and adults in Southern Ontario and Nova Scotia. Based out of Kitchener, she regularly teaches classes in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. She also offers virtual classes every week that can be attended from anywhere in Canada! When she’s in the East Coast, you can catch her in Halifax, Nova Scotia or Catalone, Cape Breton.

Our classes are designed for all levels from beginners taking their very first dance class to experienced dancers looking to refine their technique! Each class includes modifications so everyone feels supported and challenged.

All sales are final. Cancellations for a class with more than 48 hours notice, you can use your credit towards a future class within 3 months. For any cancellations less than 48 hours notice, no credit will be given.

Wear clothing that lets you move freely such as leggings, sweats, bodysuits, or dancewear. If the class is heels-focused, ankle-supportive boots, knee pads, or socks are encouraged but not required.

Yes! Private training, small-group bookings, and event choreography are available upon request. Send us a message through our contact page and we’ll customize something for you.

Neither have a lot of people that come to Heeling Dance inc.! There are a ton of classes suited for all skill sets — from complete beginners to advanced dancers. The most important things to bring to our class is an open mind and willingness to learn :)

The best bang for your buck is to purchase a package for the class you’re interested in. Once you’ve secured the package, you’ll need to register for the classes you want to attend.
