Mat Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system designed to improve functional strength and mobility for every body. Whether you’re a professional athlete or sitting for the majority of your day, pilates can help you improve your overall quality of life.

Lauren’s pilates classes use the Affect Method. A pyramid structure, performing exercises for 3 consecutive rounds of 60 seconds, 45 seconds, and 30 seconds. Every class is a full body workout.

No previous experience needed. All classes and exercises can be modified to suit your needs. Whether it’s your first day or you’re looking for more challenge.
