Roll & Stretch Class
Reset your body
Join Lauren for 1 hour every Wednesday evening from 9:30pm - 10:30pm for a roll and stretch class. This class is the perfect way to reset your body in the middle of the week, and calm your nervous system before heading to bed.
This class begins with self-myofascial release for the first 40 minutes followed by 15 minutes of full body stretching, and closing off with a 5 minute meditation.
